Washing Instructions
Follow these tips to keep your tees looking the same as when you purchased them:
- Turn the tee inside out.
- Wash cold with mild detergent.
- Tumble dry low or air dry.
- Do not bleach; avoid ironing directly on the print.
Printing Methods
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with water-based inks. The print bonds to the garment’s fibers for a soft hand feel and vibrant color.
Size Guide
How to measure
- Chest: Under arms around the fullest part.
- Waist: Around natural waistline.
- Length: From the highest shoulder point to hem.
Fit & sizing
- Our tees are unisex and generally true to size.
- Size up if you prefer a looser fit.
- Most tees are pre-shrunk; minor shrinkage may occur on first wash.

Contiguous 48 states + Washington, DC (USA).
Processing time
In-stock orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within up to 3 business days.
Transit time
Typical delivery in 2–5 business days after carrier scan. You’ll receive tracking by email.

- Free Shipping on 2+ tees (automatically applied).
- Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and speed.
Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)
We want you to love your tee. If not, we’re here to help.
Window
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How it works
- Email support@astroyz.com with your order # and reason (photos for defects).
- We’ll email you a prepaid, printable return label (by mail return).
- Drop the parcel with the carrier.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ~5 business days after the item is delivered back or the carrier confirms scan.
No restocking fee.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags/packaging.
Personalized/customized items are returnable only for defects.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Choose Exchange when you contact us. We’ll help you swap once the original item is in transit with the prepaid label.
Defects / misprints / wrong item
Email us with photos within 30 days; we’ll replace or refund.
Return address
Provided after authorization (please do not send items without approval).
Order Changes & Cancellations
We start production quickly.
- Request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order (during business hours).
- We’ll do our best if the request arrives later, but some orders may already be in production or shipped.
Missing Items & Delivery Issues
- Missing/incorrect items: contact us within 10 days of the delivery date; include photos of what you received.
- Lost in transit: we’ll work with the carrier to replace or refund.
Discounts & Promotions
- Promotional and seasonal offers appear on site, email, or social.
- Discounts apply to eligible products during the promo period and can’t be combined unless stated.
- We don’t retroactively apply discounts to past orders.
- Taxes, shipping, and fees are excluded unless stated.
- We may change or end promotions at our discretion to prevent misuse.
Chargebacks
If anything goes wrong, please contact support first—we resolve most issues quickly with replacements or refunds. If a bank dispute is opened, we’ll provide documentation to your card issuer and follow their decision.
